Spirituality
Somewhat unintentionally I have begun this year focusing more on finding my spirit, becoming more spiritual, and listening to the universe a little more. I happened across this quote while at my job and really felt a connection to it. Part of the connection is about letting the universe do what it wants and understanding that what happens to me is a "combination" of everything that has happened to me in the past. This isn't a cop out, but instead an explanation. It provides me the reassurance the the future events in my life will be combination of this moment right now, my decisions, and the "earth, water, wind, stars, and sunshine". I also like this quote because it gets my intellectual juices flowing. I find myself thinking about all the events in the world and how they too have happened due to a plethora of previous events. This quote makes me ask a question, then another, and another. Being spiritual is hard for me, but when it has intellectual and analytical flavor, I'm more likely to read it, sit with it, question it, and find it's meaning in my life.
Spirituality is important. Go find it for yourself.
